Order Replacements & Warranty Claims - MyLap.pk

1) Replacement

At MyLap.pk, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. If you encounter any issues with your purchased laptop, you can avail of our SEVEN days replacement policy. Please keep in mind the following rules for the replacement process:

  • To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us about any physical damage or issues with the laptop on the same day of shipment. You need to contact our concerned unit immediately to initiate the replacement process.
  • We will only exchange defective, incomplete, damaged, or broken laptops with the corresponding Model Number and Specifications. MyLap.pk is associated with Leopard, Blue-ex, and TCS for all our product deliveries.
  • Laptops purchased from MyLap.pk, or any store, may have reduced warranties due to transportation and sales time. Please note that laptops will not be refunded or replaced based on warranty duration.
  • Replacement warranty claims will not be entertained if the product is broken through misapplication.
  • If you receive a laptop with different specifications than what was listed on our website and wish to replace it within seven days, the shipping costs for both sides will be your responsibility.
  • If you reject or disagree with the product at the time of delivery, a deduction of 10 to 40 percent of the total amount will be applied.
  • Replacement requests must be made within seven days from the date of purchase. The product should be returned within this period for replacement. We will not entertain replacement queries after this timeframe.
  • Products that are company-sealed (e.g., Apple MacBooks, Microsoft Surface Products) cannot be replaced or returned for any reason.
  • We do not accept replacements or returns for products due to personal preference or if the customer wants to upgrade to a higher product.
  • If you receive a product with minor variations and choose to use it, it will not be eligible for replacement later.
  • Please review the product specifications on the official manufacturer's website to ensure a smooth buying process.
  • Product images on our website are professionally captured and may vary slightly from the actual product. No replacement will be entertained based on these variations.
  • If there are issues with the body, screen, or product condition, you must notify us within 2 days of purchase to initiate a return to our suppliers. After this period, these issues will not be eligible for replacement under the 7-day replacement policy.

2) Warranty Claim

Please note that MyLap.pk is not liable to provide claims for products with international warranties. We cannot provide the first invoice of any international item, as these items go through several sales transactions before reaching Pakistan.

For local warranty claims, customers should directly contact the local service center. It is the customer's responsibility to check and receive a warranty card upon delivery with the invoice.

Please be aware that the warranty duration of the item may vary due to transit time, for which MyLap.pk claims no responsibility.
