Claiming Warranties

Claiming warranties can be a hassle, especially when dealing with international warranties. Some brands and manufacturers have service centers in major cities of Pakistan, but for those without local service centers, international shipping and handling costs can be involved, making the process cumbersome.

To make the warranty process hassle-free for you, we offer a warranty service where we charge a surplus amount (typically 10 to 15% of the total product cost) to claim your manufacturer's warranty on your behalf. This amount covers shipping and handling costs, ensuring a smooth and convenient warranty claim process.

Warranty Claim Duration

The duration of warranty claims varies based on the severity of the product's condition or problem. Claims can take anywhere from a week to 90+ days. Our inspection team will assess the issue, and if it is legitimate, they will inform you of the estimated time for resolution.

Items Not Covered by Warranty

Please note that certain items are not covered by the warranty:

  • Chargers and Batteries: Voltage fluctuations and natural battery degradation are not covered.
  • Physical Damages: Damages caused by external factors, dropping, or mishandling are not covered.
  • Broken Warranty Seal: If the warranty seal is broken, the warranty becomes void.

Important Documents for Warranty Claims

To claim your warranty, it is essential to keep the following documents safe:

  • Laptop Box
  • Invoice
  • Warranty Card

These documents are necessary for a successful warranty claim. If any of these are missing, the warranty becomes void.

Repair or Replacement

Manufacturers will decide whether to repair or replace a damaged component of the laptop, depending on the nature of the problem or fault.

Time Limit for Warranty Claims

Each product comes with a limited warranty, and claims can only be made within the given time frame. Once the warranty period has expired, claims cannot be processed. Please understand that official warranty claims must be made by visiting our store at our Karachi outlet.

Exclusions from Warranty

Certain issues are not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Touchscreens, Hinges, Speakers, and Adaptors are not covered.
  • Data Loss during the warranty process is not covered.
  • Manufacturing and built-in issues may not be covered.
  • Damages due to Overclocking, Excessive Heating, Dust, and Software are not covered.
